Nan Jing, is the first Chinese restaurant to be opened in Romania.

The Restaurant managed in these over 25 years to preserve the quality and the freshness of the products, very much appreciated by the clients for the color, smell and taste combine with the distinct presentation.

One of the highlights of the menu is the Peking duck, a traditional Chinese dish originated in city Nanjing. These ducks are specially grown for this dish, seasoned before cooking; the skin becomes thin and crisp. The process of cooking is very laborious that is why  Chef Yong needs an advanced notice to prepare it.

The cooked Peking Duck is traditionally carved in front of the diners and served in three stages. First, the skin is served dipped in sauce then the meat is served with steamed pancakes, spring onions and sweet bean sauce. Several vegetable dishes are provided to accompany the meat, typically cucumber sticks.

Nan Jing Restaurant managed through the years to maintain its reputation continuously attracting different clients, that is why completed the menu also with vegetarian dishes and special dishes for diabetics.
